Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer full refunds or exchanges.
To qualify for returns, items must be unused, kept in original condition and intact original packaging.
Certain items are non-refundable, including perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers and magazines. We do not accept returns of personal hygiene goods, hazardous substances, flammable liquids and gases.

Gift cards, downloadable software, selected health & personal care products
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for return processing. Please do not send items back to the manufacturer directly.
Partial refund only applicable to:
- Books with obvious usage traces
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes and vinyl records
- Items damaged or missing parts not caused by our faults
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
We will email you once your returned item is received and inspected, and inform you whether your refund request is approved.
Once approved, your refund will be issued and credited back to your credit card or original payment method within several working days.
Late or missing refunds
Please check your bank account first if you have not received your refund.
Contact your credit card issuer as refunds may take time to be posted officially.
You may also consult your bank for relevant processing schedules.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced goods are eligible for refunds. All sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged goods. To exchange for the same product, email us at {email address} and send the item to {physical address}.
Gifts
If your order is marked as a gift and delivered directly to you, you will get equal gift credit after return. A gift card will be mailed to you after we receive the returned goods.
If the order is not marked as a gift or shipped to the giver first, the refund will be sent back to the original payer.
Return Shipping
Please send returned goods to {physical address}.
Buyers are responsible for all return shipping fees, which are non-refundable. Return postage will be deducted from your refund amount.
Delivery time of replacement goods varies by region.
We suggest you use trackable shipping or buy shipping insurance for high-value items. We do not take full responsibility for lost returned parcels.
